Thoughts on Trusting God
This little post is from my friend OB. If you live in Southwest Alabama or Southeast Mississippi, you should consider visiting his congregation in Pascagoula, Mississippi.
“Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us” (Psalm 62:8).
Trusting in God is a process. We must work on it. Even when we trust God difficulty can arise. Trust doesn’t eliminate hardships…wouldn’t that be nice, but what it does is it gives us a point of reference, God, to help us navigate through the dense fog of life. Trusting God is something that we work on daily. It’s an exercise of faith, gazing at God’s goodness, compassion, love and promises.
As we journey throughout this week let’s make an intentional effort to trust God in all situations. God loves you!
