That’s Not How the Real World Works
In response to a message of non-violence, some may say “well that’s not how the real world works.”
False.
That’s how the false world works.
The world built on a lie.
The real world is good. The real world is the world above. It is our job to expose the darkness and make the real world a reality for all.
Revelation 22:2 (NAS): ...On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
The tree of life bears fruit every day of every year. The purpose of that fruit is the healing of the nations.
If we truly believe that Revelation has been fulfilled, then why aren’t we doing our best to share the fruit of the tree of life with everyone around us?
Could it be that our study of prophecy (including my own) has been mainly academic and not practical.
We need to consider the future of preterism.
The gospel has infinite potential. When we say pessimistic things such as, “Well that’s just not how the world works,” we are giving up on the power of God.
