I Hope You Disagree With Me
We must not confuse unity with uniformity.
When you read my posts, I hope there is something that you disagree with at some point.
I come from a different background than you. My school was different from yours. You and I have read different books. I’m younger or older than you.
But I hope that, regardless of our agreement on certain topics, we can be United in Christ because that’s what matters.
I hope that our disagreements bring about mutual growth. I hope that when you get mad at something I say or I get upset at something that you say, we will count that as an opportunity to step back, reflect, and see what lessons we can learn.
God bless you in our unity in Christ. God bless you in our disagreements. And God bless you in the times we agree.
