Daniel Rogers #2 Comparing Matthew 24 to Daniel 12

In Matthew 24:15, Jesus establishes that the abomination of desolation prophesied by Daniel would be fulfilled within the generation of His fist century audience. This means that the resurrection of the just and the unjust, the great tribulation, the receiving of the inheritance, and all eschatological hopes would be fulfilled within the first century.

Since Daniel 12 is the basis for every resurrection text in the New Testament, the New Testament resurrection passages inherit the timing of Daniel 12. This means that John 5:28-29, 1 Corinthians 15, et. all were fulfilled no later than AD70.
